Al Hayat Welfare Group's Ration Distribution Program provides monthly food kits to families living below the poverty line, daily wage workers, widows, and other vulnerable groups. We believe that no one should sleep hungry, and access to nutritious food is a fundamental right.
Our ration distribution drives reach remote villages and urban slums, ensuring that families have access to essential food items. Each kit contains staple foods that can sustain a family for a month.

Each ration kit contains essential food items to support a family for one month
Wheat Flour (Atta)
10 kg of high-quality whole wheat flour for daily bread needs
Rice & Pulses
5 kg rice + 2 kg pulses (arhar/masoor) for complete nutrition
Cooking Oil
2 liters of healthy cooking oil for daily cooking needs
Sugar & Spices
2 kg sugar + essential spices (salt, turmeric, chili powder)
Nutritional Supplements
Fortified cereals and nutritional supplements for children
Hygiene Kit
Soap, detergent, and sanitary items for family hygiene
